If in case your order(s) does not reach you, is misplaced in transit or is damaged/ defected (provided it is reported to our team via info@bathitup.com or +91-11-41645145 within 24 hours of delivery) you are authorised to a full refund (refunds may take up to 10-12 working days to be processed).
